2. Main dealer cars are not 'free' - they simply build in a charge for courtesy cars within the total bill.
3. We dont keep a brand new car available for customers, because this would bump up the price we have to charge. Instead we have a perfectly servicable and reliable 'hack' that we are happy for you to use completely free of charge subject to checking your insurance.
4. Again, free valeting services are not 'free', they are simply absorbed into a higher overall price. If required, we will happily valet your car before its return, subject to a nominal additional charge.
